AIRBNB CLEANING - Please note our airbnb online prices are based on properties under 3000 Sq ft ,any apt or houses over 3000 Sq ft please call our home office for a walk through at 404-647-4344.

Common Areas:

       1. Dust and clean all surfaces in common areas, including shelves, tables, and decor.

      2.Vacuum carpets or rugs, and sweep or mop hard floors.

      3.Wipe down and disinfect frequently-touched surfaces, such as light switches, door handles, and remote controls.

     4.Empty and replace trash bags in common area bins.

Kitchen:

      5. Clean and disinfect the sink, faucet, and handles.

      6.Wipe down and sanitize countertops.

      7.Clean the exterior of appliances, including the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

      8.Wipe down the exterior of cabinets and drawers.

      9.Check and restock kitchen essentials such as dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags.

    10.Sweep and mop the kitchen floor.

Bathroom:

    11. Clean and disinfect the toilet, including the bowl, seat, lid, and handle.

    12.Clean and disinfect the shower, tub, and glass doors.

    13.Thoroughly clean and disinfect the sink, vanity, and faucets.

    14.Clean mirrors and polish all bathroom fixtures.

    15.Sweep and mop the bathroom floor.

    16.Restock bathroom essentials, including toilet paper, hand soap, and clean towels.

Bedrooms:

     17.Make beds with fresh linens provided by the host.

     18.Dust and polish furniture in bedrooms.

     19.Vacuum carpets or rugs, and sweep or mop hard floors.

     20.Check and restock bedroom essentials such as clean towels and linens.

     21.Empty and replace trash bags in bedroom bins.

Specialty Cleaning:

     22. Dust or wipe down blinds or shades.

     23.Clean baseboards throughout the property.

     24.Dust and clean ceiling fans.

     25.Wipe down interior and exterior doors and frames.

     26.Clean and disinfect light switches and outlets.

     27.Check for any damage or maintenance issues and report them to the host.

Exterior Areas:

    28.If applicable, clean and sweep patios or balconies, removing cobwebs.

    29.Ensure all amenities listed by the host are in place and functioning properly.
